Enable Multi-Factor Authentication
Enabling multi-factor authentication is easy to do within your MotlowHUB account. Follow the steps below and enjoy better security.

On the Settings page, scroll down until you see the Extra Verification options.
The MotlowHUB offers different methods of multi-factor authentication. A brief description of each option is below.

Using Google Chrome
If you have multiple security devices, such as a fingerprint reader or Windows Hello-compatible webcam, Google Chrome will ask you what device you want to use. For YubiKeys, select the USB security key option.
When you reach the prompt above, your YubiKey will start flashing. Lightly press the button on the YubiKey and it will be enrolled as an MFA device for your account. It's completely safe to unplug the YubiKey after enrolling - you'll only need to plug in the device when requested by the MotlowHUB. We highly recommend leaving it unplugged unless prompted.
Using Firefox?
Firefox may prompt you about the MotlowHUB requesting extended information and that it may affect your privacy. This is expected and it is safe to click on Proceed. If you are given the option to Anonymize anyway, leave the box unchecked, otherwise the YubiKey may not work as expected.
