This fixes the Microsoft Error 700003 or CAA50021 message and some other Microsoft Errors and Problems
Search in the Windows search bar
"Access Work & School"
or
Go to Settings
Accounts
Go to "Work & School" accounts
Delete the mscc.edu account one in there.
After you disconnect the account do not add it back.
Just close it the window
Open Outlook or Teams and sign back in.
