How to transfer a call using the mobile app

1. Sign in to the Zoom Mobile App.
2. Tap Phone.
3. Follow the instructions to make or receive a call.
4. During a call, click Transfer.
5. Dial a number or tap the contact icon to search your starred, internal, external, phone contacts. Tap on a contact to call them.
6. Tap the blue transfer button and select a transfer method:
7. If you selected Warm Transfer, the current call will be placed on hold while you connect to the dialed number. Tap Complete Transfer to transfer the call and hang up your phone. You can use most in-call controls before completing the transfer. Tap Cancel Transfer if you want to cancel the warm transfer and return to the original call.
8. Meet: If you make a call using Zoom Phone, you can easily convert or elevate the phone call to a Zoom meeting.
9. More: The following controls can be accessed by clicking the More icon.
10. Park: Park the call for another phone user to pick it up.
11. Invite to Meeting: Invite the call participant to a meeting by using the meeting ID.
12. Minimize: Minimize the in-call controls while continuing the call so you can continue using the Zoom desktop client or mobile app.
